At Bona Bana Art School we feel that artistic expression is an essential part of being alive. Regardless of age, skill or talent, creative thinking is a tool we have available to us as we navigate in the world - a tool capable of healing, problem solving and of communicating complex experiences, we believe that everyone has an artist within, waiting to be inspired and nurtured.
Our school is a vibrant space where creativity meets education, and learners of all ages come to explore their artistic potential within our South African context. Our lessons are anchored in developing good technical artistic basics while remaining explorative and playful.
Children’s Art Classes: Tailored for different age groups, we guide young artists through creative projects, building their confidence and skills along the way.
Adult Classes: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, our adult classes offer the opportunity to explore different techniques and mediums in a supportive, engaging environment.
Art Nights: Join our Sip and Paint evenings, where you can unwind, socialize, and create something beautiful, even if you've never picked up a brush before.
At Bona Bana Art School, we are committed to inspiring creativity, building confidence, and fostering a sense of community. Our classrooms are spaces where imagination is celebrated, mistakes are embraced, and personal growth is encouraged.
All our teachers are well trained in our syllabus and teaching methods. They have professional arts and education training and are passionate about what they do.
